A three session package can be tailored to your specific needs. This includes three 1 hour sessions, support recording and mind training tools. The hypnotherapy creates a new pathway in your mind of how you want to be responding. During the three sessions anything which is holding you back will be updated to align you with the naturally authentic you. To complete your online booking you will need to book your first session. Teresa will contact you to book the next sessions and discuss what is involved in sessions. Payment is via bank transfer on the day of the first session. Are you on any anti psychotic medication, bipolar, schizophrenic or suicidal? If you answered 'yes' to any of these unfortunately Teresa is unable to work with you.
