Service Description

This package includes three 1 hour sessions, support recording and mind training tools. The hypnotherapy helps reset the anxiety response. Find yourself automatically responding differently; feeling comfortable, at ease, socialising freely. To complete your online booking you will need to book your first session. Teresa will contact you to book the next sessions and discuss what is involved in sessions. Payment is via bank transfer on the day of the first session. Are you on any anti psychotic medication, bipolar, schizophrenic or suicidal? If you answered 'yes' to any of these unfortunately Teresa is unable to work with you. These conditions are outside her area of training and anti psychotic medications can impede the effectiveness of the hypnotherapy. If you're unsure call Teresa on 0437 868 969 to clarify.
